MIT Consulting Group
For 3 years at MIT, I was an active member of the undergraduate consulting organization. Our goal as an organization was similar to other commercial professional consulting services firms. We solve our client's problems using the analytical skills instilled in us by our MIT education. The group split into 5 or 6 teams each term and solicited clients from amount local business, government agencies, and multinational colorations. Spotify, Verizon, and Instacart count themselves among our clientele. I served as the CFO managing our $50,000 budget and greatly streamlining our accounts payable process. I also served as a case team leader for a 5G preparation case worked on with Verizon. More information can be found on the MCG Website
